This year the Crowne Plaza is providing a salon next to the Ballroom for all of our vendors to set up and vend in on Saturday May 3rd from 8am - midnight. This will allow our attendees to shop all day and during Coronation 3. If you are interested in vending please contact, vendors@imperialcourtaz.org

*Both packages get the company logo on signage in the hotel lobby announcing them to the Coronation Guests. Please submit your company logo in a PDF, JPEG, TIF or GIF file with completed application and applicable fee. The hotel believes that the foot traffic in this area will be great not only from the court members, but the general guest population too.
*The hotel would prefer that our vendors utilize this space and set up instead of showing from inside the individual hotel rooms.
