PROTOCOL

Protocol will be accepted in advance by emailing protocol@imperialcourtaz.org or during Coronation weekend in Hospitality from 10am to 2pm on Saturday

Protocol for Coronation will be one title, one walk per person, in accordance with Empress I Jose’s wishes.

Protocol cards must be printed on 5X7 cards and numbered in Sequence.
Protocol for all courts and organizations walking at Coronation must be submitted between 11am and 2pm Saturday in Hospitality.

All Courts will walk to house music unless otherwise provided. The Master of Protocol reserves the right to alter any and all protocol cards.
