donated a $300.00 check for hospitality.

letter to raise money for our organization.
From Aramark a volunteer to work concession.
Storage
unit, is monthly payment from the court.
Trying get annual sponsorship to cover the expense.
Smirnoff,
may become an annual sponsorship for liquor.
The
website is up for renewal, trying to get a corporate sponsorship to cover the
expense for that.
Treasurer
report, Joe made a motion, and Don 2nd the motion of the treasurer
report.
Michael
made a motion to pay $400.00 to pay for the
table, and the rest of the amount will got back into the court
account. Michael motion and Don 2nd

night going to Bar 1 for a pre coronation party…..

coronation mtg will be at Kobalt @ 7pm….
