This is supposed to be taken care of today in the
general membership meeting.
¨ Gay Pride:
It was discussed that we want to be in the parade this
year. Monarchs to ride
in the car, board and Candidates.
It was suggested by Cris to check with the Lambda
Car Club on cars. The line will be
performing on the Community Stage for about an hour. They would like to do Best Little Whorehouse
in
¨ Membership: Ongoing process and
everyone needs to be involved. This should also be mentioned at each event as well as having
applications available.
¨ Turnabout Show: Held
at Charlie’s raised $1,032.00 for Joshua Tree. Lady Joy was given
the check to deliver. One suggestion was
making the show shorter.
¨ Cupids on Fire: Held
at Cash Inn Country and raised $1,746.00 for the

¨ Coronation Committees: We
have begun setting up the following committees.
A board member will head each committee with help from anyone else
interested.

Please let Joe know if you have any items that can be used. There are two items left over from Cupids on
Fire from Daddy Wayne that can be used.
¨ Letters to State Officials:
Craig will be writing these and will contact Joe for copies of those sent last
year.
¨ Publication of our
Books: On Hold Cris having problems with his
computer.
¨ Vendor at Gay Pride:
We will be manning a soda/water booth at Gay Pride all
proceeds to go to the Court. Don Hamill
has sent information to Craig and will discuss in detail at the next meeting.

¨ Absolut Vodka:
Joe has sent a very nice letter to the representative of Absolut outlining what
we would like from them. We are waiting
for a response.
¨ Upcoming Events:
February:
Empress’ Ball Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball. To be held
on February 24 at the American Legion at 35th Ave and
Thunderbird. Regine and Ashley will be
working closely with Jennifer on this event.
There will be 3 commands done that evening.
March:
Sheriff’s Pink Party March 10 at the Bunkhouse to benefit
March:
Roast at Friend’s for Steve and Jennifer. Hosted by Liz St James
and Truly LaFemme. This event is
set for March 24.
April:
A Night at the Grand Ol’ Opry. Hosted by Don Jeff and Dame
Regine. This event to be held at The Rock and time and date to be
announced at a later date.
