¨ Call To Order: Meeting
called to order at 12:05
¨ Meeting Minutes from February: Motion
by Cris to approve the minutes with second by Steve (passed).
¨ Treasures Report: Checking:
$1,700.00+ Savings: $2003.07
Current Report not yet available. Financials have been completed from June 2006
– December 2006 and will be posted online as well as in Flavaz, Heatstroke,
etc.

Business:
¨ Bios and Photos:
This is almost done, Michael is working on Miss Ebony’s and Joseph will look at
Sandy and Gaby’s letters on why they joined the Court and minimize it.
¨ Gay Pride:
Need three convertibles, Joe will look into this with Hertz and see about
cost. We will need three drivers also to
pick up, park and deliver back to Hertz.
¨ Membership: Ongoing.
¨ Pink Party: We
raised $300.00 of which Jeremy at Bunkhouse put in extra money to make it an
even $300.00.
¨ Empress’s Ball:
Raised $1,875.00
¨ Coronation:

Received check from Bud Light
for $1,500.00

Steve to get check from Jeremy
at Bunkhouse for Bus Tour and ad.

Friend’s is purchasing last
premium page and will also let us know on sponsorship level and will be on the
bus tour.

Plazma Michael and Craig
waiting on response from Jim, per email today wants to wait until end of the
month but wants on bus tour and full page ad.

talk with Judy

The Rock may
be on the bus tour Regine is working with the new owner.

¨ Coronation Ballroom: Don
and Ken to meet with Roxanne at the hotel on March 26 to measure area to get a
better idea on how much staging, lights, etc.
¨ Bus Tour: Buses
have been reserved for Friday May 4th. There will be two 47-passenger buses. They will be at the hotel at 9:30pm load up
at 9:45pm leave the hotel at 10:00pm and return us to the hotel at 2:30am.
¨ Vendor Letters:
Joe has sent all of the vendor letters out and is waiting for responses.
¨ Invites for Coronation:
Everyone has responded except for Jackee from Reno.
¨ To Go Boxes:
Are in and are being held in storage until we need them.
¨ Alphagraphics:
Joe to check on the status of the round logos to go on the to go boxes. He will also check on pricing for the
Coronation Program and see if they would like to do an ad.
¨ Application Alphagraphics:
Cris has the application for credit at Alphagraphics so we can pay monthly
instead of all at one time.
¨ Program:
Graphics are ready so Joe will look into the printing of the tickets.
¨ Coronation Blast:
Joseph sent out an email to all of the Court emails that Michael could
find. This is advertising Coronation II
and giving the website information.
¨ Voting:
We are set to use MCC Gentle Shepherd Church on April 28th from
10:00am to 6:00pm for voting. Even if we
can’t go inside we can sit under the awning.
¨ Monarch Roast:
Posters are ready to go and be handed out.
Will bring up in the General Membership Meeting.
¨ Coronation Posters:
Will be going to Steve for approval and then to Bud Light for printing.
¨ Posters April 21st:
Should be ready soon so we can start distributing them.
¨ Upcoming Events:
March 24:
Roast at Friend’s for Steve and Jennifer.
Liz St James and Truly LaFemme are in charge of this show. The proceeds to be added to the $300.00 that
was raised at The Bunkhouse for Logan’s Playground. Cost is $5.00 to roast either one or both but
remember they have the last word of the evening.
April 14-15:
Gay Pride – we will be in the parade, running a soda/water booth and performing
on the Community Stage for an hour (Saturday).
April 21:
A Night at the Grand Ol’ Opry. Hosted by
Don Jeff and Dame Regine. This event to be held at The Rock and benefit Project
Hardhat.
May 4-6:
