Discussion as to have the President and Vice-President on a rotation system.  In this case the presidency is a one-year term, next year the Vice-President would step-up to the Presidency.

The Board’s main function is to protect the integrity of the Court and the Corporation and to follow state and federal rules.  We will watch over the image of the Court and take action when deemed necessary.  The Board should also be present at any and all functions.  There may be some times that this isn’t feasible.  Go over the Bylaws and contact Steve Youngdahl with any changes or suggestions.  Steve Youngdahl will also be helping the Board in writing grants.

Monarchs are in charge of the General Membership meetings and Family Lines.

¨       Standing Committees: The Board will need to get volunteers from the general membership to help with any and all committees.  These committees will be set up to take some of the pressure off of the Monarchs.

¨       Treasures Report: Joe to send this out for approval.  Ad is also to be placed in metro publications so the community can see how the money was raised, what it was for and whom the money was disbursed to.
