¨ Call To Order: Meeting called to
order at 2:07 by Craig
¨ Meeting Minutes from December: Approved. Motion by Justice and second by Cris
¨ Treasures Report: $3,293.42
in checking and $2,003.37 in savings.
¨ InTouch Magazine:
Gina came by at the start of our meeting to tell everyone how wonderful they
think we are for all that we do for the community. She wanted to thank us for all that we do.
Old Business:
¨ Bio’s and Photos: This
was suppose to be done today but Wayne was not here to take photos. Here are the bios that we need: Tiffany,
Gaby, Sandy, Lady Joy, Dee Dee, Cris, Ebony and Jeff. Photos needed are: Lady Joy, Dee Dee. Cris and Ebony submitted photos to Joe for
use. Regine had her photos done at Cash
Inn and already emailed her bio to Joseph.
¨ Gay Pride:
Float and Cars – Craig completed the application online. We are now looking at three cars; one for the
Monarchs, one for the Board and one for the Candidates. The line will be
performing “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas”.
All will be involved in a one hour segment I believe on the Community
Stage.
¨ Vendor at Gay Pride:
We have been offered a soda/water booth at Gay Pride all proceeds to benefit
the Court. Craig has a tentative
schedule for people to work. This will
be finalized at the March meeting. Those
already interested for Saturday are Joseph, Justice and Mark (Liz). Sunday is Don. We need to remember that this is for both
Saturday and Sunday. There is a great
possibility to raise a lot of money for Coronation.
¨ Membership:
Keep getting new members.
¨ Turnabout Show:
$1,032.00 raised for Joshua Tree, Lady Joy was given the check to deliver.
¨ Cupids on Fire:
Very good time and we raised $1,746.00 for the Wellness Center. Justice and Don did a wonderful job. The only suggestion was to split up the
groups throughout the day so they didn’t all leave at the same time.
¨ One Voice Community Center:
Craig attended for all heads of 501c3 corporations in Phoenix. Trying to do this monthly with different
speakers. One Voice has already handed
out two grants.
