Old Business:
¨ Bio’s and Photos: Almost
completed.
¨ Monarch’s Roast:
Raised $654.00 + $300.00 from The Bunkhouse Sheriff’s Pink Party for a total of
$954.00
¨ Gay Pride: Thank
you everyone who signed up to work and were involved in working the water/soda
booth. We hope to raise some good money
to put towards Coronation.
¨ A Night at the Grand Ole Opry:
Jeff and Regine did a wonderful job and raised $1,000.00 for Project
Hardhat. Joe from the Rock was very
pleased with the fundraiser and all that were involved in the show. He had the room set up as a lounge and that
is the last time we can smoke in there.
A special thank you to Henry and Marie, these two are very special to
all of us. Joe from the Rock hopes that
we will do more things at his bar.
¨ Swellagant Elegance:
The Phoenix Metropolitan Men’s Chorus would like to thank those from the court
who helped out at the concert at the Kerr Center. Those involved were Ray, Richard and Joseph;
these guys manned the silent auction tables.
Julie and Michael helped in the show itself.
¨ Coronation Meeting:
Tree fell on the committee members, Cris 17 staples in the head, Justice
possible separated shoulder, and Sandy broken laptop. This could have been much worse than it was.

held every Wednesday at 6:30 at Kobalt.

¨ Ticket Sales:
Push the sale of tickets to everyone you know, possibly set up a time to go to
the bars to sell them.
¨ Program: So far we are up to a 40-page program. There are 30 ½ ad pages.
¨ Set:
Don is in need of set painting badly. If
you can help at all please contact Don, if you don’t have his number please let
Michael know.
¨ Voting: March
28 – at MCC Gentle Shepherd Church from 10 – 6.
Joe, Justice and Joseph will man the polls for the day.
¨ Hensley:
Has produced a large blank check for us to use after fundraisers to get photos
of the group that benefited from that night.
This is erasable so we can use it over and over.
¨ Heatstroke, IONaz and Echo: All
are expected to be at Coronation.
¨ Denver Coronation:
Jennifer sang the Canadian Anthem and has been asked by other Courts to do
there’s also. Steve has been selected as
Heir Apparent to Nicole.
¨ Board Nominations:
We will be taking nominations for the Board of Directors at the May
meeting. Please think about whom you
would like to nominate for the positions available.
¨ Liz and Truly:
These two are the Ball Coordinators for Coronation weekend. If you have any questions that weekend please
see them do not go to Jennifer or Steve.
¨ May 1st:
The Court will gather at The Eagle from 8-10 for a small version of our soon to
be In-Town Awards show or party. Everyone
is welcome from the whole membership.
¨ Coronation Posters:
We have
posters for the bars please see Michael if you would like to help distribute
them. We already have been to Friend’s,
The Rock, Plazma, The American Legion, Kobalt, Charlie’s, Apollo’s, The
Bunkhouse and the Chute. Please pass them
out where ever they are allowed.
