Steve Lafata opened meeting by introducing the new Board of Directors:

President- Craig Van Deen, Vice President- Don Hilton, Secretary – Michael Gaffney and Treasurer- Chris Cringle

Per Emperor Steve:

Jennifer currently out of town to see Family in Texas until Sunday June 25^th.
