New Business:

July 22nd show at PlaZma will benefit Dominic Gonzales’ family.  The check will go straight to the funeral home for payment of the account.  We need to keep watch on the length of the show.  The Court doesn’t want shows to become complacent.

San Diego Coronation – need a head count.  Tickets are $35 for general seating and $50 VIP.  11 possible attendees from AZ Court at VIP seating agreed upon.  San Diego monarchs have resigned, thus no reigning monarchs.  Cost of rooms is $149 due to 4 people in a room.

Las Vegas Duke and Duchess Ball – Miss Ebony and Julie will be command performers.  Gaby and Sandy will be on the dias.

Sizzle Event – sponsored by Red Magazine and MCC Gentle Shepherd benefiting AGAPE Network.  The court will have a table at the event.  AGAPE requests the courts presence and support at the event.

Patti from Gentle Shepherd MCC requests help with learning how to do benefits and a possible show by the court benefiting MCC Gentle Shepherd.

Alexis from MCC requests that the court consider doing a something for the transgender community in Phoenix.  The court is pleased with this request and will add it to our calendar.

A motion was made to start putting the “hosts” of the events on the posters.  This was passed.

Craig Van Deen aka Julie Craig gave an update from the Board meeting.  Membership will be high on the agenda of the Board this year.  The court now needs to start expanding and growing their membership.  Suggestion to add court info on the bottom of the advertising posters.  Wayne was appointed the court photographer and will be setting up court portraits.  The board approved the payment of the PO Box for another year.

Open Forum:

8/8 – Fundraiser for Gary Russton of IGRA.  The court will assist at Charlie’s.
