¨       In-Touch Magazine: Gina sent a nice email congratulating Steve and Joe on the great things they and the court are doing for the community.

Your organization is doing such great work! On behalf of the community-I thank you. We did an update briefing on page 11 or the current issue of 'N Touch News that came out Nov. 15. I will include December's activities in ION Arizona.

¨       Leather Sock Hop: Great show talking about next year already.  We raised $1,461.00 plus $50.00 worth of toys that Don has donated.   

¨       Webmaster Joe: Please email bios of not more than 100 words to boy Joe at leatherboyaz@msn.com.  Also if you have photos yet to take see Wayne to set up an appointment.  . 

¨       AGRA: Ashley brought the entertainment application for the rodeo in January.  Group numbers get 10 minutes and singles get 5 minutes.  Group number passed and volunteers for this to be looked into at a later date.  We will also be looking into the cost of a booth space. 

¨       Gay Pride - April: Find either a float, car or truck for the parade.  A truck normally runs about $300.00.  Recommended that we look into cost first and the go from there.  Ashley and Lady Joy to look into this further.

¨       Winter Wonderland: December 16th was to be done at Nu-Towne now moved to Cobalt at Park Central.  Benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital.  Ebony and Tiffany to help with the lineup.  Hosted by Count Cris and Countess Ebony.  Tiffany will send out an email asking who would like to perform.  Cris has made up 2000 Raffle tickets for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  Need not be present to win.

¨       Turnabout Show: This will be held on Saturday January 27th at Charlie’s.  Lady Joy will be hosting the event with help from Michael and Craig.  There will be a $5.00 suggested donation for Joshua Tree.        

¨       Cupids on Fire: This event hosted by Prince Royal Don Hilton and Princess Royal Justice Prevails.  TO be held on February 10th at Cash Inn to benefit breast cancer.  The party will begin at 9:00 and there will be a suggested donation of $5.00 at the door.  There may be a clog off contest and may be asking others to perform so we don’t have to perform so much. 

¨       Empresses Masquerade Ball (state function): To be held on February 24th at the American Legion Hall on 35th Ave and Thunderbird.  This will be a formal to semi-formal Masquerade Ball.  There will be four commands throughout the evening.  The hall has been donated to the Court by Henry there will be a cash bar and that money will go to the legion.  There will be a male and female contest.  Opening number will be Masquerade from Phantom of the Opera.  Tickets will be $20-25 per person with couples announced at a later date.  There will also be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction items.  This could be a great money maker for the court.

Please decide which committee you would like to be on and help us out.

 

¨       SWLC on January 19-21:  Justice to spearhead our table.    

¨       Nicole the Great:  Nicole will be taking over as head of the ISC.  There will be a ceremony at Seattle’s Coronation February 16-18. 

¨       New York Coronation: Brother Court to Arizona will be held March 31, April 1 and 2.     

¨       Denver Coronation: Father Court to Arizona to be held in April.    

¨       Las Vegas Coronation: Those attending are: Jennifer, Steve, Joseph, Justice, Gaby, Sandy, Craig and Michael. 

¨       Voting for Coronation II: This will be held the Saturday before Coronation April 28th.  This is one week prior to our coronation.  You must have a valid AZ drivers license or state issued ID.
