¨       Corporate Sponsorship: Bud Light has already been contacted for this next year and we are looking for a substantial amount from them.

¨       Alliance Beverage Company: We have emailed them for sponsorship.

¨       Bar Sponsorship: We will all be in charge of going to the bars for their sponsorship along with information pertaining to the bus tour.  This year buses will go to different bars and then meet up back at the hotel.

¨       Raising Money: Monies raised above and beyond with sponsorships leave us more money to put away for the next year’s Coronation.  Or we can possibly write out larger checks to 501c3 Corporations at the end of our fiscal year.  Money will always be put aside for the next year’s Coronation.

¨       Ron Caputo: Ron had resigned as both Board and line title to concentrate on his business.  We wish Ron the best of luck and thank him for all he has done for the Court.

¨       Special Recognition: Truly Lafemme now a resident of Phoenix is a past Empress from Las Vegas and Liz St James a past Empress from Orange County.  We are lucky to have both of these individuals now a part of our community and we look forward to there help with events and advice when needed.  Welcome both of you to our lovely city.

¨       Turkey Drive: The Court raised $1,210.00 for Agape this year.  Their total was $16,000 and still counting.  Congratulations to Apollo’s for the top sellers at $5,200.00.

¨       Internal Turkey Drive Contest: First place goes to Michael Emery for selling 33 tickets for $165.00.  Second place was drawn from a pot of six names all tied for second with 11 tickets sold for $55.00.  The winner for second place is Allen Hall.  Michael will receive a Coronation packet, less the hotel, plus $100.00 cash.  Allen will receive 2 Coronation tickets.  We will provide one ticket and an anonymous donor will purchase the second ticket and also provide the $100.00 first prize.  Congratulations to both of you.

¨       Membership List: I am updating the membership list to include names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.  This will be sent out to each member via the email so that everyone has contact numbers.  If there are any changes to be made please email me (Michael Gaffney).

¨       Voting: Voting for next year’s Emperor and Empress will be held on Saturday April 28th at MCC Gentle Shepherd Church, if there are no conflicts with the Church.  Voting will take place between the hours of 10 – 6.  More to discuss at a later date.

¨       Truly Lafemme: Truly and Liz St James would like to host a show in March to Roast the Emperor and Empress.  The Emperor and Empress will get to sit and relax while being waited on and entertained.

¨       Photos on Yahoo: Justice reported that when she posts photos on the Yahoo Group, she would only post those that are favorable quality.  She won’t post any that are out of focus, etc.  Along those same lines, if you post pictures to the Yahoo Group please label them so everyone knows who it is.  Some of the publications will pull down pictures from this sight.

¨       Gay Pride - April: Still looking into the possibility of convertibles or flat bed truck.
