Candidate for Emperor
Romeo White
Born in Long Beach, CA, Romeo has called Tucson, AZ, home for the past 38 years. He recently made a powerful career shift from leadership and training to healthcare, driven by a passion for helping others and earning his degree as a registered nurse.
​
As an advocate for autism awareness, Romeo uses his own experiences on the autism spectrum to shed light on neurodivergence, particularly in the competitive world of pageantry. A pioneer in the drag pageantry community, he amplifies the voices of those on the autism spectrum, promoting empowerment and inclusivity. He inspires others to embrace their unique qualities and shine brightly.

Beginning his transition from female to male in 2008, Romeo has become a beacon of strength for transgender individuals. Since stepping into the drag community in 2010, he has emerged as a formidable force in pageantry, making his debut as Mister King of the Desert USofA M.I. in 2011. His remarkable talent and charisma have garnered numerous accolades, including Former National Entertainer of the Year King in 2017 and the reigning Mister USofA M.I. Classic.

In his spare time, Romeo dedicates himself to supporting local organizations like the Imperial Court of Arizona as Prince Royale XVIII, as well as Positively Beautiful and various pride organizations throughout Arizona, building a proud legacy as a former Mister Tucson Pride.
As a candidate for Emperor XIX, Romeo envisions leading with the courage of a lion, a compassionate heart for the community, and a celebration of individuality.

Veronica Savage Rose
Veronica was born in New Mexico and raised in South Phoenix. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2004 with a Political Science degree.
Since moving back to Phoenix from Tucson in 2012 Veronica has always participated in community events from blood drives, raising money and/or volunteering for Susan G. Komen, Chrysalis Family Shelter, Taking Steps for Crohn's and Colitis, Lupus Foundation of America and the Phoenix Zoo to name a few.
As of 2021 Veronica has been heavily involved in the LGBTQIA+ community. She was crowned Miss Phoenix Pride 2023 which allowed her to be a top fundraiser for the Phoenix Pride Scholarship program. She danced for one n ten in 2023 raising over $6,000 for trans youth and in 2024 became invested as the Grace Grand Dutchess of the Imperial Court of Arizona and later elevated to Princess Royale.
Veronica's love languages are community and philanthropy and feels her next movement in the community is with the ICOA which is why she is proudly running for Empress XIX. She would be honored to reign and continue to support the community she loves!
Sarah Catherine
Sarah Catherine is a 27-year-old drag queen currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona. Having previously lived in Atlanta, Tucson, and the small town of Svanesund in Western Sweden (Västkust är Bästkusten!), Sarah has a wide breadth of experience both socially and politically to bring to the role of Empress.
​
While being an interior designer by day, Sarah has also spent her free time developing her talents in painting, singing opera, playing multiple instruments, and public speaking.
​
Having been a member of the National Honors Society, a Marine Scholarship recipient, a member of the Architecture Honors Fraternity at the University of Arizona, a member of the International Thespian Society, and a proud participant (and award winner) in many Miss Gay America Pageants, Sarah Catherine is no stranger to the public eye and what it means to use one’s refined, unique talents to the best of their ability for the surrounding community.
​
It is with a firm and long-lasting love for the queer community that Sarah Catherine believes NOW is the time for action and unity among our LGBTQ+ brothers, sisters, siblings, and allies, so that we can proudly stand up against the heinous attacks and the removal of our fundamental rights by our current inept and dangerous federal administration.
