Background

The Hope Scholarship was created in loving memory of our dear friend and long-time ICOA member, Hope McMullen.

Each year the Hope Scholarship will be awarded to individuals pursuing vocational education.

Applying for the Scholarship

The scholarship fund will award scholarships to individuals pursuing vocational education who demonstrate financial need.
